- Have you been feeling like non-monogamy is really the right choice for you, but aren't sure where or how to get started?

- Or have you been questioning the societal expectations around relationships and desire to break free?

- Perhaps you've felt pulled to discover more about yourself and the relationship styles that may be right for you...

All of this can feel challenging to figure out, so through this program, I am here to help you figure out who you are, what relationship styles are available/work best for you, and take you from monogamy to non-monogamy in 6 months.

My name is Sarah Wolfer, and I am a practicing psychotherapist and virtual relationship coach with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am also both queer and polyamorous myself, and have dedicated my therapy and coaching practices to supporting these two groups that I am SO passionate about working with.

Throughout my own life and in my work with clients, I have seen the benefits and stressors involved when we do relationships differently. So in this 6 month program, you will receive education, community support, and guidance on how to best make your way through the challenges that come up when deciding to enter the non-monogamous world.

Here's how it works:

Every month, there will be a 3 hour intensive workshop on a specific theme

Workshop themes will include learning an overview of the basic terms and relationship structures, managing difficult emotions such as jealousy, figuring out your boundaries and how to communicate those with your partner(s), attachment styles and how they show up in non-monogamy, identifying your needs versus desires, understanding sexual health best practices, and actual logistics of how to make non-monogamy work in your life.

These workshops will take place on the last Saturday of each month

They will go from 2pm PST-5pm PST beginning on May 27th and ending on October 28th. These workshops are open to anyone, living anywhere in the world, as they will be offered 100% virtually.

Each Workshop includes:

Psychoeducation, small and large group sharing and skill practice, and you’ll be provided with a take-home workbook each month with additional resources and activities for you to take your skills and knowledge further in the weeks following each workshop.

You can choose to attend just one (or more) workshops based on the topic for those months, or you can get discounted pricing by opting into the full 6 month program.

The Cost of the Workshop Series

Each individual workshop costs $150 per person and I have a limited number of 25% off scholarships available for people who identify as POC, LGBTQIA, or are otherwise experiencing marginalization in their lives. If you feel this applies to your situation, please send me an email at sarahwolfercoaching@gmail.com.

If you would like to attend the full 6 month program, the cost is $750 per person (equaling to $125 per workshop and a $150 savings). For this option you can opt to pay in full at the time of registration, or I have 3 month payment plans available as well ($250/month per person per month).

What can you expect to get out of this workshop?

At the end of this program, you will have learned all about the basics of non-monogamy and how to navigate this world. You can expect to learn about different relationship styles, your individual and relational values, how to navigate challenging emotions such as jealousy, the differences between rules and boundaries and how to actually set them, and the logistics of making all this work in your life. You will also learn about sexual health best practices, how to go about meeting other non-monogamous folx, and how to "date well."

What other benefits are there?

You will also be surrounded by a community of other folx on similar journeys as you and you’ll be offered the opportunity to learn from one another in the space we create.

There will be other benefits made available to you throughout this program including discounted private coaching sessions, extra resources, and fun surprises along the way.
