With a growing divide between the mental health needs facing our region and the shortage of mental health professionals, we are dedicated to doing things differently to turn this trend around. This means that we focus not only on the needs of our clients, but also the engagement and retention of our staff at every level.
Our CEO, Sarah Wolfer, is passionate about offering quality clinical services as well as creating a work environment and providing leadership that support our staff in feeling great at work and performing to the best of their abilities. We are also excited to offer creative opportunities for staff to develop the skills necessary to eventually branch out on their own. After years of hearing that “therapists can’t run businesses,” we have decided to change this dynamic. As such, we have several opportunities to work with us that meet the various needs of our staff across all levels. One of these includes the opportunity to join our “Private Practice Incubator” program after two years of working with us, in which you will learn the clinical and business skills necessary to successfully launch and scale your own private practice.
We offer part time and full time counseling positions (currently via telehealth only but with options for office space in 2022, pending COVID-19). Compensation is based on the number of clients you see, the experience you bring, the licensure status you hold, and your tenure with us. Additionally, we offer several other perks as part of your employment with us dependent on the previously mentioned factors.
